Our light fixture replacement service includes:
Removal of Existing Fixture: We will carefully remove your current light fixture.
Installation of Customer-Supplied Fixture: We will install the light fixture and lamp (if lamp is required) provided by you.
Limitations:
Direct Replacement: This service is limited to direct replacement of fixtures. No modifications to wiring or mounting are included.
Height Limitations: The fixture must be no more than 10 feet from the floor or grade.
Exclusions: This service does not cover pendant lights, chandeliers, motion lights, or smart lighting installations.
Tiered fixture pricing
A fee of $40.00 will be charged for every additional fixture
