What to Expect When You Work With Us
-
Upon receiving a service request or work order from an NSP, we first evaluate it to ensure the “Not to Exceed” (NTE) amount is adequate for the type of service and any materials that may be required. Once approved, the job is scheduled into our next available time slot that allows for both travel and on-site service. Our staff will then contact the NSP agent to confirm the scheduled service date and provide details on what to expect.
-
No. If the NTE is too low, we will first contact the agent to request approval for a revised minimum NTE that we believe is required to complete the service properly. Once we receive approval, the job will be scheduled into the first available appointment that accommodates both travel and on-site time. Our staff will then reach out to the agent to confirm when the service has been scheduled and what to expect.
-
If the electrician determines that the approved NTE is not sufficient, they will stop work and immediately contact the agent. At that time, they will provide a revised NTE request along with details of the conditions that require additional coverage. Work will only continue once approval is received and clear direction is given on how to proceed.

Our electricians maintain a clean, professional look. They typically wear neat, non-torn jeans and a collared polo shirt embroidered with our company name and license number. Our helpers wear a pocketed T-shirt, also embroidered with our company name and license number. You can rest assured that we always strive to present a professional appearance on every job site.
-
We maintain a professional manner at all times while on site. This includes showing respect for your property, working efficiently, and following safety protocols. Our team does not use vulgar language or gestures, and we are committed to providing a courteous, professional experience from start to finish.
