On the rare occasion that your property has poles exceeding this height, we typically refer the project to a specialty company equipped to handle taller structures safely and efficiently.
We maintain this height limit due to equipment restrictions and our commitment to maintaining the quality and warranty of our work. Because we generally do not rent equipment, doing so could impact how we support and warranty your project if a material failure were to occur.

For safety and liability reasons, our electricians will not work directly over parked vehicles. If a car is located directly beneath a light pole, we’ll move on to the next available pole that requires service while waiting to see if the vehicle owner returns.
Once the car has been moved, our electricians will cone off the space and return to complete the work on that pole.
If the vehicle owner cannot be located, our electrician will leave for the day, and we’ll make arrangements to return on another day to finish the service.
This policy is in place to prevent accidents and protect both your property and ours.
